I’m a Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor.
I am a movement lover and pilates is my passion. Pilates made me discover myself and this exercise method changed my life. My passion is to help people to be aware of their bodies and learn to improve their posture and life.
I can help you with a variety of goals including; posture, alignment, joint strengthening and mobility, tight muscles, building muscles.
I offer individually designed private pilates sessions at my private home pilates studio in Barrie. Each session is tailored to meet your wants and needs.

Private Pilates sessions offer a more personalized approach to Pilates practice. Pilates itself focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body strength. In a private session, you work one-on-one with me, allowing for tailored workouts that cater specifically to your needs, whether it's rehabilitation from an injury, targeted muscle group training, or personalized fitness goals.
I can give you individualized attention, correct your form, and design routines that suit your body and fitness level.
The privacy of these sessions can also be beneficial for those who prefer a more intimate setting or are uncomfortable in group fitness environments. They're a great way to deepen your Pilates practice and focus on areas that require special attention.

No. The studio is appointment only.
Comfortable, form fitting exercise clothes are best.Please do not wear shoes, since they are not allowed on the machines but do wear socks. Pilates socks are recommended, but its optional.
Yes! Joseph Pilates originally designed this system of movement as a rehabilitation tool.
Each sessions lasts between 50 minutes and 1 hour.
